We’re busy celebrating after a very successful BRC audit, we’ve maintained our “AA” status at our production unit and also passed a Red Tractor Food Standards audit with flying colours.
Of course all good factories maintain high standards of basic food safety, traceability and hygiene and so do we. However we go one step further than this and treat all the above as part of our “Quality Standards” which adds in the need to maintain a very high standard of product quality & consistency. We have achieved a Grade A BRC accreditation for the last 12 years and are proud to have been accredited with an AA Grade in 2015, 2016 & 2017.
This is an internationally recognised standard operated by the British Retail Consortium which covers everything from Food Safety to Sourcing, Production processes & Management business practises. To learn more visit the BRC website. We are audited annually and maintain an on-going file of documentation that proves that we are maintaining the requirements all year round. We are very proud of our Grade AA certification as there is a lot of work involved in keeping this up to our elevated standard.
